Orvillist respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content stored or processed via Orvillist infringes your copyright, send a notice containing:
- Your name and contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the claim is accurate
- Your signature (physical or digital)

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice containing:
- Your contact information
- Identification of removed content
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
- Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court
- Your signature
We may restore content unless the original complainant initiates legal action.
3. Repeat Offenders
Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may have their accounts terminated.
