Orvillist provides tools that help resellers streamline their listing workflow, including:

• Bulk image uploads
• Automated product analysis, categorization, and structure suggestions
• Pricing guidance and optimization tools
• AI-powered listing assistance
• Image storage and management
• Background job processing for large batches

AI outputs are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing all generated details and ensuring the accuracy and legality of your listings.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring that your use of Orvillist complies with applicable laws and marketplace rules

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or jeopardize the platform.

When you upload content to Orvillist, you confirm that:

• You own or are authorized to use the content
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You grant Orvillist a license to store, process, analyze, and transform the content as needed to provide the service

You retain ownership of everything you upload.

Paid plans provide defined quotas and features that reset each billing cycle. Billing is processed securely through Stripe.

By subscribing, you agree:

• Your plan renews automatically unless cancelled
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Refunds are not provided except in cases of platform malfunction; all other requests are evaluated case-by-case
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

You may not use Orvillist to:

• Upload illegal, copyrighted, harmful, or unauthorized content
• Create counterfeit, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Attempt to bypass plan limits or abuse automation features
• Interfere with platform operations, scrape data, or reverse-engineer the service
• Misuse AI-generated content in ways that violate laws or marketplace rules

Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

Orvillist may update features, pricing, interfaces, or usage limits at any time.

We aim for high reliability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance windows or unexpected outages may occur.

Orvillist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of AI outputs
• Marketplace compliance
• Listing performance, sales, or profitability
• Continuous uptime

You use the platform at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, Orvillist and its operators are not liable for:

• Lost profits
• Inaccurate or incomplete AI-generated content
• Damages resulting from misuse of the platform
• Data loss or interruptions

Total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the previous three months.

You may stop using the platform at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse or misuse the platform
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay for services

If these Terms change, we will notify users. Material updates may require re-acceptance at login.
